Torello to Perugina

Chop ham, chicken liver, anchovies, capers and garlic. Season the mixture in a pan with oil, add the sage and grated lemon zest. Later add the meat, brown it and after having salt and pepper pour the lemon juice. Cook for a few minutes and, after removing the sage and serve.
